Classroom Services

Welcome to the Department of Classroom Services. We provide scheduling and technology support services for shared spaces at º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù including classrooms, conference rooms, and other shared space resources. 

Classroom Services is your resource for finding and booking the right space for your class, activity, or event. We schedule a wide array of spaces on the º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù Downstate Campus and will work with you to identify and reserve the correct space and arrange for the technical support needed to make your event a success.

• Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Classroom Services is located in the lower level of the Medical Research Library at Suny Downstate Health Sciences University. 
• Requests may be submitted via the numbers, email, and links below. 

Audio Visual Services

Support is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM technicians are available for certain types of events with at least a two days advance notice. 

Training

We offer faculty training in the use of available classroom teaching tools.
