Resident Presents at ACS Brooklyn - Long Island Chapter

Marla Sacks, MD, presented on Long Term Mortality after Endovascular and Open Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs – a study examining variations in long-term survival after AAA treatment at the Brooklyn and Long Island Chapter of the American College of Surgeons annual meeting. The analysis and interpretation was performed in collaboration with fellow resident, Dr. Erfan Faridmoayer. For her presentation, Dr. Sacks was recognized as the second place winner for the best clinical abstract with an association $300 cash award.
